Begin your journey to develop a deeper connection with Reiki for relaxation and greater well-being. You’ll learn the foundations of Reiki which includes: how Reiki works, Reiki history, the energy system, Reiki techniques for clearing and protection, practice hand placement for self and others, and establish the building blocks to begin a personal self practice. You will receive your Reiki Level One attunement enabling you to offer Reiki to yourself and others. Upon registering, Michel will contact you for a phone consultation to answer any questions you may have.

She was first introduced to Reiki over 30 years ago. Her diverse training with Reiki Masters, daily practice and ongoing study helps satisfy her curiosity to stretch Reiki's endless limits of possibilities for love, peace and healing.
