Reiki Training for Kids, Teens & Families

Everyone can learn Reiki, learning with family members or peers of the same age is a special, engaging experience.

Reiki is taught and explored through energy exercises, creative expression, story telling, discussion, movement & Reiki practice. Michel’s teaching style is inclusive, invokes self-discovery and curiosity.  Students will come away from class with a clear understanding about Reiki and be ready to use Reiki in their lives in practical ways to support their well-being.

Grown ups will come away from class with suggestions for communicating & continuing engagement with Reiki with their child/children.

Reiki for Families is a Reiki Level One class for a child/children (age 5 and up) and a grown up (age 21+).

Teen classes (ages 15-18) and Kids classes (ages 11-14) are offered from Peace Bridge Reiki in Helena Montana on school holidays. See the Peace Bridge Reiki Event Calendar. If you reside in other communities and wish to have a Teen or Kids Reiki class offered, please contact Michel.

Hardcopy manuals are provided for each student and a certificate of completion at the end of class.

Class learning includes: What is Reiki? How does Reiki work? What is the energy system & chakras? Why & when is Reiki helpful? How does Reiki feel? How can I give myself Reiki? How can I share Reiki with others? What else can be “Reikied”? What is well-being? What is the history of Reiki? Students practice offering Reiki to themselves and others.

Family Reiki is $155 for one grown up and a child, $25 for each additional student. Class is offered per family in two back to back days. Each day is a two hour class. Family Reiki classes are scheduled for you by Michel.

Teen Reiki and Kids Reiki are small group classes without grown-ups. Each class is 4 hours in length and held on these school in-service days to choose from: Monday, January 15, 2024 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day); Monday, February 19 (President’s Day); Monday, March 25 or Thursday, March 28 (Spring Break). Teen and Kids Reiki class fee is $65 per student.
