FOLLOWING YOUR REIKI HEALING SESSION

After your Reiki session, we can share impressions. You may share reflections as it relates to your intention or share any observations. I’ll do the same, which could include visual impressions which I’ll ask if they have meaning for you. I’ll encourage your inner wisdom and guidance come forth for any insights that come up.

 

In the 24-72 hours following your session, drink plenty of water. Drinking water anytime and especially after a session, aids in the continual release of toxins in the body. Consider taking a salt bath for further detoxification and release.

 

Also in the next 24-72 hours, notice what feelings or thoughts are coming when you think about the session. Are there any ‘a-ha’s’? Consider taking some notes or journaling.

 

Reiki results can be subtle and also dramatic. It is different for everyone. Reiki results can also be like ‘watching grass grow’ meaning that you can reflect back on a few months and notice shifts with a larger picture view.

 

Clients often are curious how many sessions they need for Reiki, and this depends on their needs and goals.
