Breathwork, Reiki & Vibrational Sound ~ A Healing Journey
Blossom into spring with a Love & Harmony Healing Journey. An experience for transformational healing through the infusion of Reiki with Breathwork and Sound Healing. This event is half guided breathwork, followed by vibrational sound healing which includes double gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and chimes. This is a three hour event for relaxed pacing for cleansing, clearing, grounding and integration. All are welcome! Reiki practitioners of all levels, as well as those excited about exploring Reiki with breathwork and sound healing. Hosted by three master practitioners to guide you. Please Note: While the vast majority of participants find breathwork, Reiki and vibrational sound healing deeply enjoyable and beneficial, it’s important to note that it may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals who are particularly sensitive to sound or prone to sensory overload should consider this before participating. Breathwork is a self-regulated guided experience. We encourage everyone to approach our offering with an awareness of their own comfort and boundaries.

Michel Barta is the founder of Peace Bridge Reiki, a place of healing, self-discovery & learning utilizing the system and practice of Reiki. Michel is a teaching Reiki Master. She was first introduced to Reiki over 30 years ago. Her diverse training with Reiki Masters, daily practice and ongoing study helps satisfy her curiosity to stretch Reiki's endless limits of possibilities for love, peace and healing. She has helped hundreds of clients and practitioners achieve their goals for well-being and growth with Reiki, for which she is very grateful.
