Reiki Level One Class – Helena, Montana
Begin your journey to develop a deeper connection with Reiki for relaxation and greater well-being. You’ll learn the foundations of Reiki which includes: how Reiki works, Reiki history, the energy system, Reiki techniques for clearing and protection, practice hand placement for self and others, and establish the building blocks to begin a personal self practice. You will receive your Reiki Level One attunement enabling you to offer Reiki to yourself and others. While these classes are offered in-person in Helena, Montana, live online learning is available too. Upon registering, Michel will contact you for a phone consultation to answer any questions you may have. Classes are typically offered the first Saturday of each month.

Michel is a Reiki teacher and practitioner, who offers sessions, training classes for all ages and Reiki events to experience the limitless possibilities of Reiki for greater peace and well-being. In addition to Reiki, visiting practitioners are invited to offer energy healing techniques through events and classes.
