19 Feb Reiki for Stress Reduction
A big part of what I do with Reiki is helping people feel ease from physical, mental and emotional stress symptoms brought on by work or a life change. Articles in Forbes, Fast Company and Entrepreneur caught my attention when I first was inspired to write this blog. The idea of ‘balance’ or ‘work-life balance’ has transitioned to ‘work-life integration’. It is easy to find information online regarding stress and how to co-exist with it healthfully, things you can do in the moment. The growing edge of course is prioritizing our time to actually participate in the activities that work best. It is utterly possible with small steps – just a few moments a day. Not often enough in mainstream publications do I see Reiki suggested as a stress management practice, however those who know about Reiki and who practice it daily discover how it can bring a new quality to living. A quality of seeing and experiencing the world from a place of greater inner peace.
