Everyone can learn Reiki, learning with family members or peers of the same age is a special, engaging experience.
Reiki is taught and explored through energy exercises, creative expression, story telling, discussion, movement & Reiki practice. Michel’s teaching style is inclusive, invokes self-discovery and curiosity. Students will come away from class with a clear understanding about Reiki and be ready to use Reiki in their lives in practical ways to support their well-being.
Age and learning appropriate, students receive Level One training which includes: What is Reiki? How does Reiki work? What is the energy system & chakras? Why & when is Reiki helpful? How does Reiki feel? How can I give myself Reiki? How can I share Reiki with others? What else can be “Reikied”? What is well-being? What is the history of Reiki?
Following their attunement, students practice offering Reiki to themselves and others. Training materials are provided in class, along with resources to take home for ongoing practice. Certificate of completion is given at the end of class.
